FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes. We are working on adding additional carriers to future releases. Please stay tuned.
Can I track more than one package at a time?
Yes. You can open multiple copies of Package Tracker. Just click on it again.
Do I have to type my tracking number every time?
No. Click on the magnifying glass to the left of the search field to display a list of recently-entered numbers.
I am getting an error message. What do I do?
First, check that the tracking number works on the carrier's web site. Package Tracker will only work when the information is available there. Check the Monkey Business Labs web site for an update.
Occasionally a carrier's web site is changed in a way that prevents Package Tracker from locating the tracking information. If this happens, the easiest way for us to fix it is for you to send us a tracking number that does not work. Please contact us at the e-mail address below.
